Donkey Kong 64 - 101% Walkthrough Part 16 N64 CAN EMULATE ZX-SPECTRUM!?
6Rareware, you sneaky monkeys! In this episode we enter Gloomy Galleon, the water level of Donkey Kong 64; and as expected progress is slow. However, with 15 Banana Medals collected, Cranky challenges us to earn the Rareware coin by getting 5000 Points on Story Mode Jetpac; a Rareware game for the ZX-Spectrum computer!
The Story Mode's Jetpac only has 1 challenge unlike Donkey Kong Arcade 1986; "Rareware Coin Mode".
So if you buy DK64 for N64 or UVC, you get 2 full games extra; DK Arcade 1981 & Jetpac ZX-Specrtrum!
The original version of Jetpac ZX-Spectrum can be accessed from Donkey Kong 64's Mystery Menu with at least 6 Banana Fairies rescued from any Save File.
Due to the Jetpac ZX-Spectrum not being effected by DK64's Widescreen option, stretching a sprite-based game would look awkward; so I got the screen border of the XBoxONE's Rare Replay's version of Jetpac ZX-Spectrum's screen border for when we have it onscreen, to get rid of the over-abundance of plain black screen!
