- Undead Humper (the Rock-Humping Guy transforms into a Redead)

- Drunk Camera (Camera goes lob-sided)
- Broken Camera (Camera just bugs out)

- AH! THE MOON! (The camera wobbles like an earthquake from Majora's Mask)

- Lullaby Skip (If the cutscene with Impa is interrupted, you get Zelda's Lullaby without actually learning it!)
- Ganondorf Knightrider (Ganondorf rides on his Horse's head)
- SUDDENLY DARK LINK! (The Temple of Time's pedestal is swapped for Dark Link)
- Short Circuiting
- Switch Launch
- Sneak Peak (Opens a door but doesn't enter)
- Zero-G (Active 99% of the time!)
- Heavy-G (Instead of floating, you drop like a stone!)
- Gallery Tilt (The Kakariko Village Shooting Gallery house has tilted!)
- Malon Voice Box
- 1st Demention Graphics (load a save state on the N64 boot screen)
- Broken Hookshot (It cannot bring me upwards, probably because of ZERO-G as per usual!)
- Hookshot Plummet (If Zero-G switches to Heavy-G during Hookshot use, you fall through the floor!)
- Random Riverdance
- Super Mario Galaxy Camera (Camera flips world upside down)
- Broken Movement
- Drunk Person Shooter/DPS (FP camera angles don't work)
- Cannot Jump
- Cannot Climb
- Invincible 2 Hearts
- Nightlight

- Auto-Pilot
- Speed Potion (You drink a Poe, and you surge forward?)
- Flickering Shadows
- Rupee Awrings!? (Grabbing a rupee spawns an Arwing!?)
- Exorcist Zora (The Zora's head spins round 360)
- Unable to dive
- Can't dive, no bottle (Cannot obtain Ruto's Letter unless in a diving motion. Otherwise you phase through the bottle)
- Land-Swimming
- Dead Man Walking In The Air
- Walking on water (technically walking on an invisible floor just below the water surface)
- Springy Water (Landing in water causes you to fly into the sky)
- Random Bottle Adventure (B Button Bug Bottle)
- Random Inventory Boomerang Bottle (Boomerang is a bottle, and occasionally switches between each upon use)
- Exploding Pot
- Exploding Box
- Swordless Link (Master Sword is GONE. B button has a Deku Stick which if used freezes the game, like the result of V1.0's Swordless Link glitch)
- 4 Fish Bottles
- Ruto's Lost Letter (the cutscene doesn't play upon grabbing it, and if you don't equip it before loading a new area it's lost to a fish FOREVER. Losing Ruto's Letter will break progression as you cannot move King Zora)
- Random C-Right Item (Cojiro, Prescription, Claim Check, Lon Lon Milk Bottle single use, Poe, Hookshot, Boomerang, Empty Bottle, Megaton Hammer, Zelda's Letter, Mushroom, Ice Bow, Light Arrows, Bunny Hood, Gerudo Mask)
- Can't C (all C-button Items cannot be used, but Navi & FPV are uneffected)
- Random Despawn (Link disappears upon area load)
- Random Invisibility
- Language Swap
- Pre-Render No-Render
- Hole Of Freeze (Happens if Zero-Gravity is active upon entry)
- Permanent Pause (Pausing crashes the game with Graphics Plugin 1.6, so use 1.40 instead)
- Fabulous Magenta Tunic
- Disappearing Darunia (includes the block that blocks access to lower Death Mountain Crater, allowing early access!)
- Broke-arina (Language Swap locks you into an unplayable ocarina)
- Derpy Dodongo Face
- Where did the stairs go!?
- Skewered Cavern!
- BYE! (Link randomly gets stuck in a waving pose)
- White Void Visuals
- Rupoor Wallet (Wallet resets and stays on 10)
- Duel-Wielding
- Slingshot Shoulder
- Mega World (Rocks, NPCs, Link, Signs, Chests, Jabu Jabu, Octorok, Tail parasite, Door Locks, Bushes, Pushable Blocks that if large DO require the Silver Gauntlets)
- Goron City Collapsed (the entrance in Death Mountain Trail is randomly broken.)
