6-Boss: Volcano Dome: The final boss of the game is Lord Fredrik, the Snowmad King. He can actually be pretty hard, especially with Donkey Kong alone. His first phase has Fredrik using his horn to send out minions (which can be tossed back at him) and a dash attack, which can be countered. His jumps while in the foreground are the toughest part, as mis-timing a jump can lead you into the lava, costing you a life. In his second phase, he can make the floors slippery with ice and in his final phase, he can fire ice dragons out of his horn, kind of like Kaptain K. Rool in DKC2. After nine hits, Fredrik will be defeated and Donkey Kong Island will be saved.
