Starting of similarly, Mario must rescue Pauline from Donkey Kong by climbing up a tower while avoiding obstacles such as barrels and fire balls. However, things quickly change as the game progresses adding new enemies, wires to swing from, levers to pull, platforms to create and more across 9 different worlds and 97 levels total.
