What if you just did something that you know was a good idea without asking for permission to do it? What if you just let your mom know that you were headed to the gym instead of asking her if you can go? In most cases, if it is something good that you believe will improve whatever you are trying to improve, then why ask permission to do it? Just do it, if it turns out good, then great! If not, then just ask forgiveness for trying something that you believed that would help.
