5🟢 Things will go wrong but follow these tips to help move on from the negativity

1 - Reflect on the situation to discover why it went wrong e.g. did you not give yourself enough time?
2 - Put in strategies to prevent it from going wrong again - e.g. if you missed a task or deadline, did you set a due date?
3 - Don't let it impact the rest of your day, accept it and move on
4 - Accept that we make mistakes - and move on
5 - Check the rest of your tasks to ensure that you don't repeat the mistake on another task
🔴 We might still make mistakes, but now we can learn from them and improve
