Don't level up to LVL. 50! - On Reaching Level 40 and why I will stay there (For now)

I recently found myself looking at some videos of Go Battle Arena and looked upon a question of why the Player, being long, able to progress to the next 40-x Level, wouldn't do so, it came to my attention that the Team Rocket Grunts Shadow Pokémon rCPM will actually scale with YOUR trainer level.
I asked myself what would be the benefit of leveling up past 40 if the level allow me to power up - in a 10 level increase above my trainer level-.
Leveling up past 40 will increase the rCPM value of Team Rocket Grunts Shadow Pokémon, making it less efficient time-wise.
Even when the alteration to the difficulty and time is quite low, it will show the increase on rCPM will add up over time in your time wasted and resources for healing used. It's my personal take, I won't see myself Leveling up past Lvl. 40 until Level 60 gets released, as the Level 40 Tasks rewards aren't much for me.
I wanted to bring this topic into the attention of others in a video format, as I haven't seen any Pogo content creator talking about it. Let me know what you think in the comments about it, I would love to open the discussion to this topic again.
