For those who misunderstood, I recommend going 3 3 3 3 and then pick 4 skills wich you set on advanced.

Also HMU if i did understand that skill system wrong, but looking at the numbers I see no benefits in splitting skillpoints since its easier to get a variety of skills to medium then one skill to advanced:
