0Obviously there are SOME credentialed people attempting to spread genuinely good information and offer advice on things but even those should be taken with a grain of salt because no one on tiktok knows YOUR situation.
Everyone can benefit from therapy and I think most of us would even benefit from spending less time on tiktok (really all social media).
