1) 04:08 press the hidden switch for the first armour and some health
2) 05:53 actually you can reach the upper platforms
3) 06:49 lower the wall for a nice blue armour
4) 07:35 sr jump down from the ladder for backpack and some shotgun shells

very interesting and long map, with a bad surprise at the very end. The first part of the map can require some extra attention, because there's no armour untill the yellow key door is reached. During the whole map you are forced to save ammo for the date with the cyberdemon, which uve to kill with "poor" weapons here. I preferred to use SSG and use my chaingun to fry the spiders before, but its up to your taste. Picking up the red key is dangerous, becuse the room is so narrow, but beside that and the last part, with baron & mancubus waiting outside the door, easily blocking your way to the exit, the map wasnt particularly hard. The jump i fail plenty of times btw, is NOT hard at all.. actually was the first time ever i didnt success in reaching the platform on first attempt. But since i was anyway waiting cacodemons to kill the knights, didnt really lose too much time. This run is rather fine overall, without huge mistakes and a good mixture of speed and ammo saved. Very often i reached the exit without enough shells to kill the missile boy ;(
