1) 00:22 open the door, dodge the knight for a SSG

For a good time here, need to play aggressive and since your limited amount of rockets, killing fastest possible everything else with ssg to save time is important. Im not sure if my route is the best or not, but i found it pretty smooth and funny, also because on most cases the hell'sknight werent close enough to use at best the rockets, so i saved them for something else. The exit is popping out by getting the megasphere. I take it at beginning because it allows me to play very fast and take some risks in order to be faster. It's also important to kill the PE before too many lostsouls are summoned and blocks your way. At the end i was not sure anylonger to have killed all the imps, thats why i was moving .. weird :p
I very often took the chainsaw at start for the PE, but without i could use the knights fireballs on his back. Around the end i lost few seconds because of the same chainsaw switch tho.
