This is Doom 2 The Way ID Did MAP08: Quarantine / Starstruct. Inc, done 100% on Ultra-Violence - played through PRBoom v2.5.1.4.

I'm just guessing here, but this seems to be the second level I've come across that has 2 different names, much like Doom 2 MAP11 (Circle Of Death / O' of Destruction), so I can't help but wonder if there's a deeper meaning (easter egg) behind these double-named levels I've come across.

This is the first map of D2TWID where you can find a BFG from, so don't forget to check out the nukage maze. I also liked some of the secrets (more specifically, how they are activated). That shootable Megasphere secret was pretty nice in my opinion.

There's also a plenty of cannon fodder around, including zombies, Imps, Chaingunners and so on, so make sure you're ready to mow down some hordes. Some of the traps were surprisingly tough, particularly both Blue and Yellow Key traps were nasty, but they can be dealt with. I liked this map a lot, so much old school look, but yet it is trying to do its own thing.
