Flotsam MAP31 is just MAP05 designed for the -nomonsters parameter.
I like this map, the starting rooms are the most fun to do quickly, the section where the player jumps across the light panels is the scariest, most "real" runs died because I didn't back up far enough to get enough speed, or I backpedaled too far.
The last rooms I'm not entirely satisfied with, but I was just glad to have passed the light panels.
