Frustrating run, but after a bit of time, I got a bit more sense for when the Nazi opens the door. It's hardly consistent, and RNG-based however you do it, but in order to move the chance of open from basically nothing to like 5-10% at least what I found best was opening door on far right, then moving to the middle of it, but not moving too far back from the door. It's basically what Looper does too, which makes sense, but the actual motions are far more specific than one might assume initially. I imagine it's still random based on whether the Nazis shoot; once I had him go back and not reach the door before starting shooting, and even performing the motions correctly is not something you can expect to have a consistent shot at because you often get shot at in that room which completely messes up your trajectory.

In the end, sometimes I would get it like several times in a few attempts, but most of the time it was still quite rare. But it was not straight up never happening, as in my first 600ish attempts. I had three runs get to the end; one was blocked, the other I fucked up super bad by bumping the exit door and then missing the switch when I could have still gotten 28. After that, I had to keep grinding, and thankfully, this took only maybe 40-50 more minutes. Glad to be over with this tbh.
