Flipped the route at the start, saved nearly 2 minutes! Probably would've had -2mins +, had I not paused on that lift by the cyberdemon to wait for the cacos to get closer, and didn't get so nervous right at the end where the CGer's/BFG are and miss the second BFG shot.

Surviving the end area is the hardest part, so many CGer's and Revenants make it difficult to move forward or live. I started to dash past the first 4 revenants in order to make some infighting happen, and that saves a lot of time while costing a little HP. The arch-vile behind the red key door is killable if you grab the BFG and fire, but I wasn't getting lucky and stuck to the safer tactic. The other arch-vile with the revenants is annoying to kill, he gets lots of room to move after the platform raises. Maybe charging with plasma would work against him if the revenants cooperate, but the crazy dash at him I made suffices too.
