100% on kills, items, and secrets. This level, designed by DukeNukem4ever, is "The Human Hive." The one from the Doomworld archives has a broken teleporter that is supposed to go to the Big Cell Gun 9000 (I don't know if that glitch was intended or the author forgot to include a teleport destination). For precautionary measures, I fixed that so I will give you the MediaFire link instead of the Doomworld archives link. You will need a ZDoom-based source port if you wish to UV-Max this level because the door towards the end has several trigger linedefs in front of it that are close to it, which makes it not work with vanilla-based source ports.
