I've already uploaded a video of lazarus lab on Youtube long ago, but decided to replay and re-record it in 1440p since Youtube will use better codecs thus significantly increase the video quality.

Technique used to instantaneously shoot siege-mode round on the Gauss Cannon is called DKSMS. Shoutout to Byte Me for teaching this tech, and also the fun to watch and crazy 100% Ultra-Nightmare speedruns.

I have infinite ammo most of the time is because I equipped Rich Get Richer rune, which when mastered, gave me infinite ammo if my armor is above 75.
