This is the 'History Of Doom' special found on the bonus disc of the Doom 3 Limited Edition.

Doom 3 was developed by id Software and published by Activision in 2004. All rights belong to original holders. These videos are very difficult to find now, and it gives some great insight into the hard work put into some of our favourite games, so I wanted to share. It would be a shame if they were lost to time.
