With this new mod for Doom 3 BFG Edition you can now play Doom 3 in Virtual Reality with the HTC Vive! This is one of the best feeling games for the vive to date and it's a mod! I can't wait for what other games get modded to include full room scale vr support!

How to mod Doom 3 BFG to play on the HTC Vive

1 Download latest VR mod zip here https://github.com/Codes4Fun/RBDOOM-3-BFG/releases

2. Extract contents of zip file to the root directory of your BFG install for example mine is G:\Steam\steamapps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition

3. Download the Texture/Ultimate HD pack compiled by WildSide_VR here https://mega.nz/#!68BUCDZS!PVv4gQSrrP0i6U0Huetqfn-WBXZvpMkDKB81F7_9b7o

4. Unzip the pack to \Steam\steamapps\common\DOOM 3 BFG Edition

5. Launch RBDoom3BFG.exe and enjoy!
