100% kills and secrets

The Ex version is wonky when it comes to 100% secrets however I get all the secrets, it appears i get 4 out of 5 but theres only 4 secrets total. Its some kind of a glitch.

The TC version has a completely new area where the berserker secret is in the original with a bunch of barons.

Note: In the TC version in the pillar room where I lower a pillar and get the backpack which is considered 1 of the 3 secrets, for whatever reason I am unable to tag the secret sector.
