From a Doomworld review: This is a decent but very dull level. It's very dark throughout and there are a lot of dark, dull mazes; as the other reviewer points out, it's often very symmetrical, forcing you to go through several familiar-looking corridors in a row. Once you get the super shotgun the challenge evaporates, because there's a steady stream of health and shotgun shells, and the hardest baddies are a few revenants. Overall it's a decent level, technically good for the time but not much fun to play. (anon)
