The Ultimate doom port for the 68k Amiga by Georg Steger 1998.

All the doom ports on Amiga support the pc .wad files , Doom,Doom2,Final doom and most .deh patch files.

ADoom is a good port for a 1:1 experience of the original pc version of doom. But Doomattack takes it further and adds other features such as various map positions, crosshair, jump and many more. Easily the fastest port on a 68k Amiga. For unknown reasons the port ended at version 0.8 beta4. It would be good to see the source released and have it ported to PPC Amiga. Game supports all main doom wads and plenty of config options to suit any amiga setup. What was perhaps most interesting about the doom ports is that they performed and played much better then any doom inspired game on the Amiga. An A1200 68030/50 + 8mb ram can enjoy the game in all its glory.

It was also possible to have two instances running and have them virtualy linked for netplay. It was intended more for testing the netplay feature, but still interesting to see.
