Notes:
Some dialogue may differ depending on which character is the leader. Most of the times there's not much difference but sometimes you may get unique items, abilities and access to hidden areas (Magic Tower being the most notable example).

There's PLENTY of sidequests available during the game but most of them can be completed only after the Main Story is finished. For once you'll need Ship and Airship which are only obtainable when you visit Destiny's Castle after the main game.

If you want 100% sidequest completion you are be looking for another 10+ hours of gameplay, including maxing out your stats for the most difficult boss battles (2nd Boss in Orcus Tower + Daemons Orb 7:34:39 to name a few).

Elven Town and Flying Ship from World 5-1 cannot be re-visited. Elven Town contains some very important missable items. Flying Ship doesn't have any item of value, just a bunch of consumables.

Episode 5: World 5-1 can be completed in two ways. You either get captured or you don't. Xbox One version has a missable achievement asking for this chapter to be completed in both ways. This video follows optimal strategy as if this achievement was obtained.

Six Dragon Orbs quest starts at 6:46:58 and goes until 8:10:30. There's plenty of events and Boss Battles during that time, too much to list them individually.
