This is Annihilate Me difficulty which is default for coop and has more monsters than Ultra Violence.
Note about the ending: About 10% of the monsters on the map didn't spawn in on the bridge fight. Some kind of coop bug. There's a ton more imps, many revenants, an Annihilator and a couple of Barron Trumps that should have also appeared! I would've been rekt ;p
