A hastily done first impressions video where I take a look at the latest official DOOM source port, DOOM + DOOM 2. Sometimes I've heard people call it KEX Doom, which I may occasionally short-handedly refer to it in the future as. It got released in time for QuakeCon 2024, and it already made a section of my previous video slightly obsolete. Let's see what this port holds!

Extra notes:
Turning off Vertical Sync and using cl_enginefps 0 or whatever your refresh rate is in the console may make the mouse feel better if the smoothing doesn't work.
