100% playthrough of the Ultimate Doom E4M4: Unruly Evil on Ultra-Violence Difficulty with Fast Monsters enabled (UV-Fast). I pistol start each map, going for 100% Kills & Secrets, with no saves, while doing live commentary.

Another BS start, luckily from starting room only the single specter on the right can see you. Ammo is tight when pistol starting but punching out the tomatoes can alleviate some pressure. Might be more efficient use of invuln to punch out the four stuck cacos at the end of the map not sure.
