Maxing this map isn't possible so I decided to UVSpeed it instead. Map is theoretically possible to max with a TAS, but even then I don't expect to see it done just because of how time consuming it would be to kill all the cybers at the end.

As for the run, wow what a map, its stylistically beautiful and I love the pacing of the map, starting off slowly herding the enemies before gradually increasing in tempo to the moment you run past all the barons, speeding up at the revenant stairs fight, moving on to the BFG fight and ultimately culminating in the final mad dash to the tower. I absolutely love the art direction and fight design in this map, but it does lead to it being a bit of a tedious map to demo, attempts taking multiple minutes, and the final fight being both the hardest and the most random. I had a pretty good strat for it, but still found it difficult to deal with the 4 archviles in the crowd.

No other level has truly made me feel the same way as the final run in this map. Id have some nerves at the final fight, but once passed the level lets you stew and marinate in those feelings, you listen to your heart pound in the first minute as you try to steady your breathing and focus up; slowly more and more cybers start to wake up, and then you have to focus in completely and put it all together to close out the map. Maybe a little dramatic :P But I truly felt this way playing the map, what an experience.
