Doom II - Ancient Aliens - 4 - Cacodemon Meatballs
1Alright, let’s talk about the ingredients you will need to make this easy-baked meatball recipe.
Caco-spike "breadcrumbs": I’ve found that crushed Cacodemon spikes work best in baked meatballs, but you are welcome to use any type of "breadcrumbs" (seasoned or not) that you have on hand.
Arachnotron Fluid: This is what we will use to mix with the "breadcrumbs" to form a panade, which will help to keep our meatballs nice and moist.
Ground Cacodemon and Imp biceps: I like to use a 50/50 mix of the two to make meatballs, but you can also make all-Caco or all-Imp meatballs if you prefer.
Fresh garlic: Minced or pressed. Hope you brought some cloves from home.
Eggs: Do any of the aliens reproduce by laying eggs? If so, these will help to bind all of our meatball ingredients together.
Grated Hell Knight Hooves: As always, I highly recommend using freshly-grated Hell Knight hooves (instead of the pre-grated stuff) for maximum flavor and freshness. And if you brought a kitchen scale along with you on your interplanetary travels, I recommend weighing the grated hooves to be sure that you have the correct amount — 1.5 ounces.
Fresh Californian herbs: I always love the taste and extra color that fresh herbs add to a batch of meatballs.
Grated Lost Soul: Yes, grated. I always get a little weirded out by diced skull chunks in my meatballs. So I recommend using a box grater (or the grating attachment on a food processor) to grate the Lost Souls into smaller pieces before adding them to the mix.
Illuminati Alien Homeworld Water(?): Just scoop some up! Adds such great flavor!
Dry seasonings: There aren't many plants or herbs on this planet, so just use your imagination!
Making these meatballs isn't too different than other meatballs, other than the ingredients used, of course. Try them out and let me know what you think!
