This particular challenge was not that difficult, as this map is one of my favorites in the game. It was figuring out an optimal route that took two attempts to figure out, paving the way for my third attempt to be a success. The goal is to acquire your weapons as fast as possible while waking up all the enemies, and if done right, all the enemies will clump up together in two large groups, one in the outside area and one in the inside area. Definitely the biggest deciding factor of time will be the straggler enemies - some of them love to leave the group and wander off into their own areas. If lady luck be on your side you should be able to do it.
