rtgl-1.6.3.zip (or later) rt folder has to be moved into the Doom 2 RTX folder (also named rt).

DOOM II.wad can be found in your doom + doom II folder.
Mine was \Steam\steamapps\common\Ultimate Doom\base\doom2\DOOM2.WAD
