DOOM II: Scythe - MAP28:Run From It -- A Lazy Guide
19I hate this map. Fucking hate it. It really is just horrible filler.
Anyway, there's no enforced speeding until you cross the first step leaving the starting chamber; as such you can just fuck around killing the little shits (one Imp and six Lost Souls) that more often that not end up getting in the way as you go for the Blue Skullkey/Switch, which in turn buys you a second or so extra once you go against the 30-second fuckfest.
It's not much, but unless you absolutely have to go for some meaningless record, what's the rush?
