This demo of mine is from a demopack in 2011.

Nice map. Many barons and cacodemons are in this map, but there are enough rockets and cells to kill them, so I played this map comfortably. Although the introduction of this map is so cool for a secret level, it was a little boring while I was doing speedrunning attempts and I always spent about 30 seconds for it. After I killed a baron which rose from blood, I ignored all enemies in the huge area. I got BFG on ahead, returned to the area, and swept them by BFG. It was a typical tactics of BFG, but I was surprised a little that they usually gathered around the corner of the area properly. There are 7 cacodemons in the area after the blue key's door. It is important that how cacodemons die by 2 rockets, though 3 times or 4 times are limits. First exit was in 8:47, so I easily achieved my first target which was under 9 min, then I set my next target at below 8:30 and got it. This demo is overall good because I didn't do many mistakes and didn't lose any seconds for getting health or armor items, excluding the first blue armor, a soul sphere, and 50 potions in the second secret.
