This was only my second completion - this level on NM is nasty business. Either you wait and kill the Pinkies methodically (and then you don't have to worry about them later), or you try to rush past them and then have to constantly dodge them in the next section. For the sake of speed, I tried to just get past them, but usually you'll either get trapped and die, or get brought down to 20% health and get smoked by the hitscanners in the next section.
