Is Doom Rpg Rebalance with DRLA Extended not working for you in the new GZDoom 4.14.1? Fear not! The only file you need is the original zip file from Github (the 1 gb one) and the original Doom 2 WAD file.

Following a minor code change in 2 different files, you will be able to run this perfectly in the new GZDoom. Original credit for this solution goes to fakemai on Zdoom forums. Here is the link. You will need to copy 2 lines from this page exactly:
