Compressing game images is important once you are using solid state hardware with a portable device. You may only have a 256 or 512 GB SD card available for use with a portable device, so compressing images becomes CRUCIAL!
CHD is the way to go for most emulators now with the exception of RVZ for Dolphin and CSO for Ppsspp. (Just a side note, you can use standalone Dolphin on Windows, Linux, or Android to compress iso images into rvz format. Uncompressed, the gamecube isos are always 1.4 GB. Wii isos are bigger!) Thanks for watching, and I will post some interesting videos again soon!
