"Design" - Oh man! Look at this map, I played this map in original DOOM 64 and get here... I can't don't watch at this, I can't fight normal. How it looking great. Shit... I really die 3 times and can't understand how)
Ok, only look at this and original. I can't, even now, understand that I play second map from DOOM 64, I recognize some moments and places, but this map something alse. It's modern textures, modern FX and enemies, Looking how it's "The terraformer" from DOOM 64, but much of redesign things. And it's looking very good too.
Ok, talk, talk... how about rates? You can watch video, lot of details, I show this how I can. Ok, my rate is 10/10.
"Gameplay" - ok, I don't expacthing this, only look at design and... it's was very big mistake...
It's not a original gameplay, much of changes and features. Like you see - you need to choose switch and if you don't switch "right" - you die. Spawn changed, but this place with caco... he eat me for 2 times and this shotgun... spoil, spoil.
Ok, you need to find key or switch, jump on boxes, nice!
This gameplay much more faster and I don't expact this and it's big mistake. Remake, heh, and what, yeah?) Yes, keep your eyes open.
Ok, about rates now. My rate is 9/10. Yes, some things spoil gameplay and my mistakes take big part too. But this map really deserve 9.
"Remake" - now about remake. It's old good lvl from DOOM 64, but you see much of changes. Better or worse this things, let's watch at this map and find out.
Ok, remember first second in lvl? Yes, it's really this lvl. This red arrows in floor, it's dark place. Author add some new thing - skeletons, effects, lava. Move forward - remember place with red key, this office? Yes, you need to crash stones and open way throw - now it's not so, now you need crash doors with this construction, so huge machine with lazer or something. Original good and this good too.
One more thing - you need open door and you need to jump on boxes. Nice, like arcade from 90th.
Ok, rates. Rate is 9.5/10. I know that this map is good, but it's "remake" and some things can't create, some author changed, add something new. Maybe someone can't agree with me, but this map deserve 9.5/10. No, I sad all and it's my last words...
Avarage rate - 9.5/10. Yes, it's very good map and rate is deserved. If you want good remake with new things - play this one. I can't regret.
