Doom Snapmap | DOOM: PreEternal [M4]
The custom geometry and layout of this one is fairly interesting, with some added challenges. My nemesis showed up here in the form of fall death. I fall in maps... that's just what I do. I will even find ways to fall through geo when it's not suppose to happen. I'm guaranteed to miss a jump, walk off a cliff while avoiding a shot, drop down to a surface but just miss the ledge below. I will mistime a jump, misjudge the distance and just be careless more often then the average player. So insta-death from falling is a minor pet-peeve of mine. The demons could definitely be replaced in certain instances where they can't move or shoot. Combat can be refined to be more engaging. One suggestion I'd have for the author would be put certain rooms that could be moved to a ground floor in their own module rather then use multiple floors in one structure which is separated by a teleport already.
