0I had all graphics settings at High (motion blur and other fancy effects were off) and XESS was set to Ultra Quailty. Still got near the single digits with Path Tracing enabled.
I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, 32GB GDDR5 RAM and a Powercolor Hellhound Radeon RX 7800XT as my specs btw.
