The route's credit goes to SAV88. (f4m8-159.lmp) His route is really brilliant. UV-fast in this map has an advantage of monster-infighting in a marble semicircle area but it is not a great advantage, so below 2 min on UV-Max is also doable enough.

By the way, I would not have known the teleportor in the mastermind's room if I had not tried this map with this route. I wonder why the map's author made the teleportor. Certainly it is fortunately useful for a max, but the author could not do it intentionally.
