This strategy was simple. I released all enemies and caused them infightings, then I dealt with the rest of them after picking up weapons. Getting a blue key was not smooth in this run because a revenant blocked me, so I lost a few seconds, but good infights happened in the area. I finally save much time. The beheviors of the rest of enemies were also not too bad. I was especially annoyed with cacodemons struggling to find in the huge canyon. Below 3 min is pretty nice.
