I had plans to test this idea for a while, basically you replace the Spider Mastermind's death sound with music converted to Doom's audio format.
And optionally make the Spider Demon's HP 1, inside the map you create an separate crusher sector, with the Spider Demon inside then make it trigger near the action area.

Does come with the drawback of not being able to use the Spiderdemon again though, unless you do some Dehacked magic (replace an decoration with the Spider Demon's frames, etc.)
I also only tested this with the music volume set to zero, you might need to lower the volume manually or use an midi with ambient-like sounds (Like I'm planning for my map)

Also for this to work in the original DOS Doom, you need to set the last frame of the Spider Demon's duration to 1900.

The Music used is a remaster of the race soundtrack to the J2ME game, Runner 626.
