Playthrough of custom DOOM WAD — 0.wad by Vance Januszewski. Ultra violence skill, some reloading.

Apart from cyberdemon room and sheer number of monsters, there is nothing good about this level. Textures look all the same, it lacks coherent design and author is overly fond of deathtraps. Description says "If you are looking for some action, you will get it in this level". It is partly true, as there is just one or two monsters shy of 500, but it gets repetetive fast, and until very end of level when you get decent weapons, you have to rely heavily on infighting. I've used IDDT cheat in the last part because I was super bored by that moment.

Level is from 1994 and it surely shows. It's not very good even for that time, and now it's just bad.
