This is a newly filled hole on UV-fast. There are many imps in a cramped area from the starting point, and you would usually die quickly. The most difficult part is the second teleport destination. You are surrounded by a large number of cacodemons suddenly, and there is a swarm of mancubus beyond them. There is not enough ammo to fight them, so you have to flee to a building further in. There are two archviles in the building, and they have a high probability of being mortally wounded. Arch-vile attacks can be avoided with thin bars, but it is quite difficult to do so on the spur of the moment and there is a strong element of luck. Please check the end of the video for an example of an unreasonable death. If we can break through here, you can greatly reduce the number of enemies by monster-infightings. Of course, it's never easy after that. Just before the exit, you will have to face the cyberdemon in a rather narrow passageway.
