It's also an undone map on UV-Fast for a long time. Recovery items are scarce in the beginning, so hitscanner attacks are so painful. They protect a radiation shielding suit, so it is hard to get them. This time I ignored it and ran through the acid swamp, but that is pretty hard to survive too. The numerous enemies that appear when you get the red key are mostly taken care of on their own if the cyberdemons are successfully rampaged.
