Oh yeah, this is definitely one obscure game!

Top Management II (トップマネジメントⅡ, Toppu Manejimento II) was the sequel to Top Management for the Famicom, which in turn was a sequel to the identical-titled computer games (the computer games had no music).

Top Management II was a game developed and published by Koei. It was released only for Windows (16-bit), the PC-9801, and most notably, the Super Famicom. I own each version. As you can probably expect from the game's title, this game is a management simulator, where you play the CEO of a computer company, and must compete against other computer manufacturers. It is similar to Koei's Aerobiz, and was the inspiration for that title.

Fortunately, this song can be found in all versions of the game but I went with the PC version, as it has the best quality. The game uses XOR-encrypted MIDI files, but the unencrypted MIDI files can be found on vgmpf.com. What you hear in this video is my Yamaha DGX-670, in which I used MIDIPLEX to playback the music.

Also, the Windows version is the only one to name the main in-game songs, hence the title 'Moonlight Delivery'.
