In this video, I test the app myself (once again, previously I made a video where it glitched on me and wouldn't let me tip extra) and walk through exactly what happened when I tried to add an extra tip beyond the suggested amounts this time around.

I share my full experience ordering late at night, tipping both before and after checkout, and how support sometimes “magically” makes your order move faster when you mention cancelling. I also explain why tipping more than the suggested amount almost always helps your order get picked up faster.
