DOS Game: Carmageddon
Carmageddon intro and gameplay. Played with Gulikoza's DOSBox build 0.72. Low framerate because I'm recording the video!!!!!!
UPDATE: Tested and working with Gulikoza's DOSBox-0.73
I'm playing the 3dfx version on Windows 7 with DOSBox. In case anyone is interested in how I got it working:
1. Installed Gulikoza's DOSBox (just extract the archive somewhere).
2. In DOSBox.conf changed memsize to 32.
3. Downloaded dgVoodoo (use Google to find this software) and replaced glide2x.dll (in DOSBox folder) with dgVoodoo's glide2x.dll.
4. Applied the 3dfx patch for Carmageddon (run the patch in DOSBox, download link provided below).
5. Started Gulikoza's DOSBox in windowed mode and used CARM3DFX.BAT to start the game.
6. Alt+Enter for fullscreen (DOSBox crashed every time I tried to launch the game in full screen mode).

UPDATE2:
I found an alternative way to get Carmageddon running with 3Dfx graphics. This is actually simpler than the above but may cause some problems.
Link gone, files gone, instructions gone because Megaupload was shut down 19.1.2012 and I didn't have a back-up. So, forget this!
UPDATE3: I tested Taewoong's DOSBox (http://ykhwong.x-y.net/) and it runs Carmageddon with 3Dfx graphics with a few problems (no music, no fullscreen). Just install the game and use 3DFX.EXE (comes with the game, at least in my version) to start the game. I also tested the 1st 3Dfx patch above. It works as well and you'll have music in the main menu but still no music in-game. I haven't tested this very thoroughly, so there might be other problems and/or solutions to the problems I mentioned earlier???
UPDATE4: You can also run the game directly in Windows. Just install the Windows version normally and use Direct3D Windower to run the game. You won't get 3Dfx graphics but the game runs very fast and with the "-hires" command line parameter it looks almost as good as the 3Dfx version. Download D3DWindower and detailed instructions:

I have tested this only on 32-bit Vista and Windows 7!
UPDATE4.1: dxWnd is actually even better than D3DWindower. It's fully translated to English. Download dxWnd:

UPDATE5: Works also with kekko's 3Dfx chip emulation
http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=25606
The game runs slower than with a Glide wrapper (Gulikoza's DOSBox). You'll need a decent machine to play the game with the 3Dfx chip emulation.
UPDATE6: Probably the best and simplest option so far - cnc-ddraw. Install the Windows version of the game, download cnc-ddraw from http://hifi.iki.fi/cnc-ddraw/ and drop the ddraw.dll file in the same folder with carm95.exe. Once you run the game, it creates a file called ddraw.ini. You can edit the file and run the game in fullscreen mode. Remember to pass the -hires option to carm95.exe.
