Ahhh balls, I got the base gold wrong in the previous rune gold calculations.

it's supposed to be: (63 + 69 +75 +81 +87 + 93 +99 +105)*4 = 2688.

This makes the lane dominating individual players expected gold 1344, which is a more significant gap that I'd thought. However I believe the conclusions I posted here are otherwise still accurate.
