Doxi can chat with you about documents, emails, and PowerPoint presentations. It excels in classifying and extracting data from documents, seamlessly contextualizing them within the ECM system.
For example, Doxi identifies an insurance claim (classification) and starts extracting an insurance number (extraction). It searches for this number within Doxis (contextualizing) before suggesting actions to the user. Examples include:
"I have found a workspace related to that insurance number. Would you like to open it?"
"I have identified an insurance claim for ABC123. Should I start the process in Doxis?"
