Dr. Strange no revive bug in msf

1Sometimes, Dr. Strange does not revive a dead character with his heal + revive. In this instance, Shield Trooper kills the character with his passive counter, and he does not revive when Dr strange uses ability. I hope this bug can get patched out soon!
